2. Products and Availability

We offer a range of consumer products, including clothing, footwear, electronics, accessories, fragrances, personal care products and other general merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and specifications are accurate.

Product appearance and colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a refund or offer an alternative where appropriate.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before checkout is completed.

Payments are securely processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

We may decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud or genuine pricing errors.

If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will provide a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Source UK delivers to eligible addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

We use delivery services including Royal Mail, InPost and other reputable couriers.

Available shipping methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

We will deliver within the agreed period or, where no period has been agreed, within 30 days unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you have authorised to receive them, subject to applicable law.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at thesourcehq.uk@gmail.com.

6. Returns and Cancellation Rights

For most eligible online purchases, customers have 14 days after receiving their goods to notify us that they wish to cancel their order.

Customers then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, contact:

thesourcehq.uk@gmail.com

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind purchases where this has been disclosed before purchase.

Where legally required, we will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights under UK law, including qualifying sealed hygiene products once unsealed.

These exclusions do not affect statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for further information.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

For valid statutory cancellations, we will issue refunds within the time limits required by law, including applicable standard outbound delivery charges.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold a cancellation refund until the returned goods are received or evidence of their return is provided.

Customers will be informed of any issues affecting their refund.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

All goods must meet applicable UK consumer protection standards.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for its intended purpose, please contact us.

Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Statutory remedies may apply beyond the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Nothing in these terms restricts those rights.

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing orders.

Customers must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful activities.

We reserve the right to take reasonable action against fraudulent transactions or misuse of our website.
